Set sail on an all day catamaran around St Lucia With expert captain and crew as your hosts, spread out on the deck for some sun and relaxation while sipping rum drinks from the open bar Enjoy a Creole-style buffet Go ashore to explore historic Morne Coubrail Estate, the sulphur springs, Toraille Waterfall and the quaint town of Soufriere Snorkel to explore the underwater world in Anse Cochon and Marigot Bay
Day 3 - FOOD & CITY TOUR
Food, Culinary & Cultural Tour - just SOME of the highlights: Enjoy hot bakes and coco tea at “Kaye Savann”. Experience the breathtaking aerial view of the Capital City! Pop into Glamity's Bar and sample foods such as Island style Grilled Pork or blood pudding with local sides and island beverages Stop by Marigot Bay, historic landmark, having been the site of a number of battles between the French and British navies and the inland portion of the bay forms a hurricane hole, used to shelter boats from hurricanes Taste freshly picked bananas at the banana plantation in Roseau and visit St. Lucia Distillers for rum tasting/Distillery Brewery Tour Anse La Raye, where two rivers flow into the bay, you will get a chance to sample fish fritters or stewed pork with an assortment of home made spice rums
Day 4 - CHOCOLATE & RELAXING
Enjoy a lazy morning & delicious breakfast Then embark on an unforgettable chocolate making experience!! Tour the cocoa groves and learn about how the cocoa is harvested for your guide. Taste cocoa from a pod before making a chocolate bar yourself with help Take in the forest views as you eat a delicious lunch End your chocolate tour at the onsite shop, where you can purchase food and alcoholic beverages (own expense) to take home with you Take the rest of the afternoon to relax at the hotel, spa or explore
